We love when our couples celebrate for the full weekend surrounding their wedding day.  This allows for all of the guests to connect and for the couple to get quality time with everyone present. This welcome party at the Bacara was especially fun, because the night ended with a drone show over the ocean.

Setting the Scene for a Bacara Welcome Party

Matthew & Graeme hosted a picturesque welcome party on the Bluff at Ritz Carlton Bacara with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean.  A custom bar, with the couple’s monogram, was the focal point of the design.  Elegant modern lounges created areas for conversation, and navy velvet linens brought in an sophisticated touch.  We used acrylic chairs to also elevate the seating and make the space feel modern and clean.

Drone Show over the Ocean 

As the sun began to set, casting a golden glow over the Pacific, guests were treated to a truly unforgettable experience: a mesmerizing drone show that lit up the night sky. Hundreds of drones danced and twirled in perfect synchronization, creating a breathtaking display of light and color, telling the love story of the couple.  It was the perfect way to end the evening and a magical start to Matthew and Graeme’s wedding weekend.
