I had so much fun planning the enchanting woodland-themed corporate event for Ontraport’s Fall Retreat. After days of inspiring conferences, the Ontraport team was ready to let loose and celebrate together. It was so special to design an event that not only left them in awe but also concluded the week on a high note!

 

As the guests made their grand entrance into the space, they were immediately embraced by a world of magic and wonder. Aerialists, dressed like ethereal fairies, gracefully poured glasses of champagne. It was the perfect touch of entertainment to set the tone for the rest of the evening, setting the stage for an extraordinary experience.

One couldn’t help but be enthralled by the sight of an aerialist gracefully twirling and dancing in the air on a whimsical “lollipop” in the center of the space. The artistry of their performance added an extra layer of enchantment.

The bar area was a sight to behold. Adorned with large floral urns, storybook pages, and beautiful mushroom decor, it was a visual feast for the eyes. And what’s more, golden goblets glimmered on the backbar, adding a touch of opulence to the scene.

The dinner experience was nothing short of extraordinary. Sparkly gold linen covered cocktail tables, adorned with mushroom votive holders, created a warm and inviting atmosphere around the dinner space. As guests settled in, the velvet green linens, delicate moss, and flickering candlelight on the dinner tables whisked them away to a midnight feast in a magical forest. The ambiance was truly ethereal.

 

The stage, the centerpiece of the event, was a tribute to fantasy and creativity. Three gold arches, adorned with lush greenery, framed a stunning fairy silhouette, lovingly handcrafted from moss and adorned with delicate flowers.

Of course, no woodland-themed event would be complete without a delightful dessert display. Various sweet treats were playfully showcased amidst moss, candlesticks, whimsical mushrooms, and even a glowing fairy-house. It was a true feast for the senses, inviting guests to indulge in a world of sweet delights.

 

The woodland-themed corporate event for Ontraport’s Fall Retreat was an absolute joy to plan and execute. From the mesmerizing aerialists pouring champagne to the magical forest ambiance that enveloped the space, every detail was carefully curated to create an experience that left lasting memories.
