We absolutely adore it when our couples choose to go that extra mile and host a welcome event for all their wedding guests. There’s something truly magical about this pre-wedding gathering. As the hosts of the weekend, the couple (and their parents) are able to welcome each guest that evening. This means that on the wedding day, you are free from the pressures of “making the rounds” and can be more present. We’ve noticed that when guests have the chance to connect with one another during the welcome event, it brings an extra layer of celebratory energy to the wedding itself. Finally, the welcome event gives you the opportunity to be a little more creative and do something outside-the-box: from a moody, candlelit wine country dinner (pictured above) to bright and colorful luaus and British-Social Club inspired events, you can let your personalities shine and be a little more playful at this event.

Meet Tyler
Me and my team intentionally create bespoke celebrations for life milestones that inspire resounding joy, awe-inspiring beauty, and a deep sense of belonging and connection
I firmly believe in the beauty of carefully executed restraint, allowing the natural beauty of the venue, flowers, design details, and clients speak for themselves.
