Part 2: Reception Revelry at Greengate Ranch & Vineyard

A Greengate Transformation

The reception at Greengate Ranch & Vineyard was one of my favorite designs of 2024. As the sun began to set, casting a warm glow over the rolling hills, the reception space underwent a magical transformation. The Stables at Greengate Ranch and Vineyards is a large, all-white space – such a fun “white box” to create virtually any design and bring any vision to life.  Our team spent three days bringing in branches, vines, chandeliers, soft lighting, and all the romantic details.  It felt like an enchanted forest! 

At the entrance, we created a design moment using draping, chandeliers, an oversized lush floral installation, and two trees with florals lining the doorway in to dinner.  The seating chart was a deep emerald green.

The tables were set with velvet linens, white blooms, and black and gold accents.  The dance floor was a black and white checkered pattern, with a sweetheart table set at the head of the room with lush cascading flowers.  Over the dance floor, we designed an installation of twinkle lights, so it felt like the guests were dancing under the stars.  

As the night continued, we loved seeing the mix of Indian music, the Hora, and modern favorites enjoyed by all of the guests. 

 

A Dream Wedding at Greengate Ranch

Libby and Shri’s multicultural wedding at Greengate Ranch & Vineyard was a testament to the power of love to bridge cultures and create unforgettable memories. It was a true honor to be a part of their journey, to witness their love story unfold amidst the beauty of the Central Coast.
