Envisioning Coastal Elegance

Anna and Kyle envisioned a sophisticated yet relaxed coastal wedding at The Ritz-Carlton Bacara. Their design featured elegant details like a draped white wood arch, lush floral installations throughout, a mirrored seating chart, and a custom candle installation for a dreamy atmosphere. The overall vibe was one of coastal elegance with personal touches and beautiful floral designs.

Lush Florals and Dreamy Decor

Floral arrangements were a central focus of Anna and Kyle’s wedding, featuring lush installations from the ceremony arch and aisle to reception centerpieces and the sweetheart table. Decor elements included a draped white wood arch, oversized floral urns, floral cones for guests, a mirrored seating chart, a romantic chandelier floral installation with white lamps to create a dreamy ambiance, and a stunning candle wall provided a warm backdrop behind the sweetheart table. Adding to the floral theme, K Designs created custom watercolored table numbers, each featuring a different flower, along with matching menus that beautifully complemented the coastal aesthetic. These elements combined to achieve a sophisticated, coastal aesthetic with personalized floral touches.

 

Heartfelt Ceremony and Joyful Moments

The wedding ceremony included a heartfelt sand mixing unity ritual, symbolizing the joining of Anna and Kyle’s lives. Adding an extra layer of charm, their adorable dog Remy joyfully pranced down the aisle, bringing smiles to all the guests. These personal touches made the ceremony truly unique and memorable.

 

A Culinary Celebration

Guests enjoyed tray-passed hors d’oeuvres during the cocktail hour at the Oval Lawn followed by a four-course plated dinner in the Rotunda, Balcony & Terrace. The four-course plated dinner offered guests a choice of 30-day aged filet mignon, seared salmon, or red Thai curry quinoa, along with a soup course, a field greens salad, and concluded with the 3-tier wedding cake. The evening also featured late-night snacks such as mini quesadillas and braised beef sliders, along with house-baked cookies, coffee, and tea.

The wedding concluded with a beautifully designed 3-tier cake, serving as a sweet ending to the celebratory dinner. Guests also enjoyed late-night snacks and house-baked cookies along with coffee and tea.
